Whole-home time-of-use plan for households with an EV, plug-in hybrid, home battery or heat pump. On-peak (4-9 p.m.) is about 61¢ on summer weekdays and 45¢ in winter. In winter the cheapest hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (24¢), which helps if you can charge during the day. Base Services Charge is about $24 a month (less for CARE and FERA customers), and there's no baseline credit on this plan.
